Using the service
Moge Studio (operated by Shenzhen Weiwei Qibu Technology Co., Ltd.) provides AI-assisted comic storyboarding, single-frame and multi-panel manga generation, sketch refinement, character/style consistency management, and print-ready export services. Use only content you are authorized to use and keep your account credentials secure.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, prompting, generating, or distributing any content that involves: (1) NSFW, pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity, or non-consensual sexual content; (2) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation or harm involving minors; (3) Gore, extreme graphic violence, self-harm, terrorism, or incitement to violence; (4) Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or illegal acts; (5) Unauthorized deepfake impersonation of real individuals, or infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity/privacy rights. Moge Studio enforces automated and manual safety filters across prompts, reference images, and generated outputs. Violations result in immediate content blocking and account termination without notice.
Pricing, Membership Terms & Credits
Generations consume Moge Credits based on the selected AI model. For usage-based models, the displayed amount is reserved before generation; final credits are calculated using actual usage and the billing rules confirmed when submitted. Any difference is refunded or collected. Failed portions are refunded. Results awaiting final settlement remain private; if credits are insufficient, add credits and settle to access the saved results without generating again. Memberships can be purchased once for a monthly, quarterly or yearly term. A one-time purchase does not authorize future charges. Automatic renewal applies only when offered at checkout and actively selected and authorized by you: the confirmed amount, currency and billing cycle apply to future renewals. Credits for each paid term are granted after payment confirmation; actual billing dates are shown in your subscription. Amounts below are listed in monthly/quarterly/yearly order (30/90/365 days for fixed-term purchases). Instant credits are granted once payment is confirmed. Starter costs $9.90/$26.90/$99.00, grants 5,800/16,000/59,600 instant credits, and includes a term bonus of 1,870/1,730/1,600 credits; Creator costs $29.90/$82.90/$299.00, grants 17,700/49,700/180,200 instant credits, and includes a term bonus of 3,010/2,840/2,560 credits; Studio Pro costs $79.90/$219.00/$799.00, grants 47,800/131,800/481,900 instant credits, and includes a term bonus of 4,440/4,120/3,750 credits. One-time Credit Boosters are $9.90 (5,300 credits), $29.90 (16,200 credits), and $79.90 (43,400 credits). Bonus budgets vary by tier and purchased term and are separate from instant credits. Fixed-term bonuses are allocated in integer amounts across the purchased 30/90/365 days. Auto-renewal bonuses are allocated across the actual paid billing period, which may contain 28, 29, 30 or 31 days for a monthly cycle; missed daily claims are not made up. The bonus budget is frozen for each paid term or billing period and is not added again for each month within that period.
Membership Expiry, Refunds & Credit Returns
(1) Failed Generation Protection: If a generation task fails or does not pass quality checks, deducted credits are automatically returned to your wallet. (2) Membership Expiry and Renewal: One-time memberships require manual renewal. If you explicitly choose automatic renewal, you can cancel future renewals in Credit Wallet; your current paid access remains until the end of its term. Cancelling renewal does not refund the current term. Refunds are requested against the relevant order and depend on payment-provider confirmation. Unused credits remain in your account. (3) Order Refunds: Unused membership or credit booster orders are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase via Credit Wallet → Request Refund or support@work.mogestudio.com. Refund requests are reviewed; the payment provider must confirm the actual return of funds. For plans that include daily points, claims pause during refund review. Unused daily rewards are reclaimed; used rewards reduce the refundable amount at the original order price divided by all upfront and maximum daily points. Later top-ups do not erase prior usage.
Linking identities
A verified WeChat phone number, SMS verification code, email verification code or Google email may help you access the same account. If account ownership conflicts arise, the original account must first be verified. Assets are not linked solely on the basis of matching names or unverified email addresses.
Intellectual property & operator contact
