Account and identity
Your phone number or email address is used for verification codes, account identification and account security. When you open the WeChat sign-in window, we use your WeChat identifier to check for an existing linked account. A session is created only after you agree to the terms and choose to sign in; linking an account for the first time also requires you to authorize access to your phone number. Google sign-in uses a verified identifier, email address and display name. Sign-in methods are linked only after the contact details or account ownership have been verified. Entering the same email address does not, by itself, merge accounts.
SMS and security verification
If you choose SMS sign-in, we send a verification code to the phone number you provide through Alibaba Cloud SMS. The Alibaba Cloud CAPTCHA component loads only after you agree to the terms and request a code. It processes network address, device and verification interaction information to identify automated requests and prevent SMS abuse. The server checks the verification result, and no message is sent if verification fails. To limit frequent requests, this device stores the resend countdown for the current number, and the server stores hashed send-frequency records. You can cancel verification and use another available sign-in method.
Avatar and display name
Accounts start with a Moge cartoon avatar and a randomly generated numeric display name. You may choose your WeChat avatar, upload an image or edit your name. Saved details are synced to your account and shown in your profile, public works and interactions. We do not automatically read or publish your WeChat avatar, WeChat name, phone number or email address. You can replace your avatar, restore the default avatar or change your name at any time.
Creative content and payment data
Descriptions, sketches, reference images, art styles and character settings you submit are saved in your creative workspace and sent to your selected model service when you request generation. Works, task status, credit records, subscription and top-up orders, and support tickets are used to provide creation tools, billing verification and customer support. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers (including Dodo Payments for international transactions); Moge Studio does not store your full payment card numbers. Do not upload works you are not authorized to use or other people's sensitive personal data.
Sessions and choices
This device stores a sign-in credential to restore your session. Signing out clears that credential from this device. You may decline WeChat phone-number authorization and choose another available sign-in method. You must actively select the checkbox to accept the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use; this does not replace WeChat's authorization for specific privacy permissions.
Data retention, rights and contact
Account and creative workspace data are retained while your account remains active. When you delete works or request account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for billing and audit records required by applicable law. You can request data access, correction, export or deletion via Profile → Help & Support or by emailing support@work.mogestudio.com.
